Exercise – 1: One of the most vital processes of security should be the selection and calculation of private security. We have most of the time seen that the most vital and treasured asset we as a security director have is the staff or workers we hire to work with us the team. If we are not cent percent sure about our workforce then we fail at the root level itself.
